Y como buena peruana.. no podĂ­a faltar un poquito de mi cultura en otro lado de este hermoso paĂ­s.
No puedo negar que estuvo delicioso toda la comida.

El aperitivo que pedimos: salchipapa
La salsa que le pusieron tiene un sabor muy peculiar y con un toque de ĂĄcido que agregĂł un toquecito sĂșper deli.

Este plato es algo que venĂ­a buscando desde hace mucho que vivo en TN y no encuentro nada fresco. Esta vez, en Chicago no me decepcionaron, todo el seafood se sintiĂł sĂșper fresco y delicioso y la salsa que serĂ­a a base de mayonesa sĂșper delicioso. 5 de 5 ⭐

Entrada de mi esposo: pollo a la brasa
Y ese es un plato que nosotros conocemos sĂșper bien. Y a decir verdad, fue un pollo al horno con papas fritas homemade style, algo que no esperĂĄbamos eran las papas que estaban ricas y el pollo sazonado y jugos pero no era pollo a la brasa.

We came to Chicago for a concert
 but we made sure to enjoy every little free moment before it started đŸ€

Just a couple hours to explore, but finally seeing Cloud Gate, walking through downtown, and ending at the Starbucks Reserve Roastery Chicago made it feel so special ✹

And not going to lie
 this trip hit different.
It was our first short getaway without our kids đŸ„ș

A mix of excitement, a little mom guilt, but also a reminder that it’s okay to take time for us too đŸ€

Short, simple, but one of those memories we’ll always keep 💭
