We’ve recently run into a situation that’s worth clarifying for everyone.

Our business provides accurate invoices that reflect the actual work performed. If an insurance company requests documentation from us, we will always submit the original, unaltered invoice.

We cannot change wording, inflate costs, backdate repairs, or misrepresent services for insurance purposes. Doing so would be dishonest and illegal, and it puts our business at risk.

We’re happy to help customers with legitimate repairs and proper documentation — but we will not participate in insurance fraud.

Thanks to our many customers who understand and respect how we operate.

I'm sure we've all seen the commercials for Flex Seal, but I think someone took them a little too seriously. Disposal leaks? Let's just cover the entire bottom of it with sealant and send it 🙄 (Pro tip, it didn't work) The home warranty company wasn't impressed with the homeowner special either.
