Stop asking one AI to do everything. Give it a team 🤖🤖🤖🤖

We built 4 AI agents in Claude Code for one client, each with a single job:

💬 Inbox: reads comments and DMs, drafts replies using only the client's own facts
🎧 Listening: finds what competitors are talking about
📊 Analytics: checks which posts and formats actually perform
✏️ Content: turns all of it into on-brand posts with visuals

They pass work to each other, and everything lands in ContentStudio as drafts.

Sending replies and publishing posts stays with you.

Save this if you're thinking about AI agents for client work 📌

One AI doing everything is how you end up with average results everywhere.

So I split the work up.

I built four AI agents in Claude Code, and each one owns a single part of social media management:

💬 An inbox agent that drafts replies to comments
🎧 A social listening agent that tracks what your audience is talking about
📊 An analytics agent that finds which posts actually perform
✏️ A content agent that turns all of it into ready-to-post content

They pass work to each other, and nothing goes live without my approval.

Everything lands in ContentStudio for review first.

I tested the whole setup on one real client, a small bookshop.

The full build, from the instructions to the hand-offs, is on our YouTube channel.

Prompts to give your ChatGPT Dot for social media work ✍️

OpenAI's new Dots are AI agents that keep working inside ChatGPT. Connected to ContentStudio, ours checked posts, planned a full week of content, made visuals and researched local ideas, all from prompts like these.

What's inside:
1️⃣ Audit what's already scheduled
2️⃣ Plan a full week of posts
3️⃣ Create on-brand visuals
⭐ Bonus: give it a research job in the background

Each prompt comes with what our Dot actually did when we used it. Swap in your own client, goals and details, and you're good to go.

Save this for your next planning session 📌

We gave OpenAI's new AI agent a café client to look after.

Here's how it went
- ChatGPT Dots are AI agents that work right inside ChatGPT.
- We connected one to ContentStudio in one click and set the ground rules first: it could create as many drafts as it liked, but it had to check with us before anything was scheduled or posted.
- Then we briefed it out loud, the way you'd brief a teammate.
- By the time we'd finished talking, it had a full week of Instagram drafts ready, each one matched with a photo from the client's library.

The full setup is on our YouTube channel if you'd like to try it yourself.

What is a ChatGPT Dot?

OpenAI's new Dots are AI agents that live inside ChatGPT.

Unlike a regular chat, a Dot takes on a task, keeps working on it in the background, and brings you the results.

You can name it, pick its look, and even brief it out loud.

Connect it to the tools you already use (we connected ours to ContentStudio in one click) and it can check and draft real posts for you.

And you decide how much it does alone.

Ours can publish on its own, but for client work we set it to draft freely and check with us first.

Save this for when you try one yourself.

Google just released Gemini 4 Argon, its newest AI model. Should social media teams care?

Here's what Gemini 4 Argon can actually do for your content and workflow:
🎬 Understands long videos, so you can pull hooks and clip ideas from a webinar
🧠 Holds a huge amount at once: brand guide, PDFs and months of captions in one conversation
✍️ Writes with less fluff and fewer clichés
📁 Turns a messy folder of notes into a client deck
📊 Finds patterns in comments, DMs and analytics exports
🔁 Finishes long, multi-step jobs instead of one-off answers

But new AI models will keep coming every few months.

What stays the same is your setup: a clear brand guide, your content and results in one place, and your team's approval before anything goes live.

Build that setup once in ContentStudio, and you're ready for whichever AI model comes next.

Save this for later, and share it with your social media team.

I gave my AI agent the wrong opening hours for a client.

It noticed before I did. 👀

While briefing my ChatGPT Dot on next week's posts, I mixed up the café's weekend hours.

Instead of just using them, it checked them against the client's brand guide, saw they didn't match, and asked me to confirm before adding them to any post.

Small detail. But on a client account, that's exactly the kind of mistake that goes live and turns into an awkward email.

This was OpenAI's new Dots connected to ContentStudio.

The full session is on our YouTube channel.

ChatGPT Dots can draft, schedule and publish for you. Before you let one loose on a client's account, set these 3 rules 👇

1️⃣ Choose what it posts on its own
Your Dot can publish by itself. For client work, we set it to ask us before anything goes live.

2️⃣ Give your AI agent the facts
Share the brand guide: tone, menu, prices, hours.

3️⃣ Make it check old posts first
Before writing anything new, it checked 8 live posts, 14 images and 23 prices. Every one matched the menu.

Slide 5 has the rules ready to copy into your Dot ✂️

We connected OpenAI's new Dots to ContentStudio and ran a real client week through it.

"Make it cozy" means something different to every AI model you ask.

That's usually where client visuals start drifting off brand.

A short PDF of references fixes most of it, because the AI gets to see the look instead of guessing at it.

Swipe for the structure, all ten pages of it, plus the prompt to attach it with.

The full walkthrough is on our YouTube.

Save this for your next client onboarding.

And if you'd add an eleventh page, tell us what it would be.

If your approval process has ever involved a file called final_v3_REAL, this one's for you.

With Claude Code connected to ContentStudio, your client reviews every post in one place.

They approve with a tap or leave a comment, and Claude revises the post from that comment and sends it back for another look.

Watch the reel to see the whole loop, then catch the full workflow on our YouTube.

Tag the person who still approves posts over email.
