🎉 YAY — WE’RE BACK! 🎉

It’s been pretty quiet on the estate sale front here in Clearwater County, but that’s about to change!

We have TWO sales coming up — back-to-back weekends!

📅 October 17th & 18th
We’ll be hosting an on-property estate sale with lots of great items looking for new homes.

📅 October 24th & 25th
We’ll be back at the Fair Building for our semi-annual estate sale!

As always, we’ll post lots of pictures, details, times, and sneak peeks as we get closer to each sale.

So mark those calendars, tell your friends, and get ready to come treasure hunting with us!

We’ve missed seeing everyone and are excited to be back! ❤️

What a weekend!!! ❤️

Thank you to every customer who showed up and supported our sale this weekend. Your support means more than you know.

I started Simplify Your Space because I truly love helping people organize, declutter, and simplify their lives during seasons of transition. This sale was especially meaningful because we were able to help an amazing family begin their move from the farm and closer to town—and every single purchase helped make that possible.

To everyone who came, shopped, shared, and supported… thank you for being part of their next chapter.

And as always—THANK YOU to TEAM SIMPLIFY!!!! None of this happens without you. Your hard work, long hours, and willingness to jump in and make the magic happen never goes unnoticed. I couldn’t do this without each of you.

Until the next one… 🏡✨

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our last two sales—our big one at the fair building in Orofino and this weekend’s sale in Genesee!

Genesee, you were such a fantastic host for our first “out-of-the-area” sale. We had an amazing time, met so many new faces, and loved seeing some of our local customers make the trip to visit us too.

This really is such a fun business. We’re grateful every time we get to help our clients through the sale process and connect people with something new to love—whether it’s a one-of-a-kind treasure… or maybe just a spoon 🤣

We’ve got a few more sales lining up for this summer, so stay tuned—we can’t wait to see you again!
