Starting on June 2, 2026, FCP will display a Catalog Visibility Status for MAS* catalogs. This will bring transparency to when a catalog has been hidden on GSA Advantage, eLibrary, and eBuy due to issues the vendor must address.

This feature will replace the current manual process where the vendor can only determine catalog visibility by checking eLibrary or GSA Advantage. Now, the vendor will be able to clearly see a visibility status in FCP, as well as a reason if the catalog is hidden. Please note this feature launch does not change a catalog’s current visibility state.

*MAS catalogs with BPAs that are managed in FCP will not have a catalog visibility status until a future enhancement.

What does a status of hidden mean?

When a catalog is hidden, the entire catalog will not show on GSA Advantage or eLibrary, and the contractor can not bid on work in eBuy.

How will it work in FCP?

FCP users can now log in and instantly see the status of their catalogs in a clear, easy-to-read format from their Catalog Overview page. When a catalog is hidden, the Catalog Overview page will display a red banner with hidden status. By clicking on the “Catalog Visibility link” under MAS Contract Information, users can see what must be addressed in order to unhide the catalog.

At initial launch, the reason will default to “Other” with additional information in the description, including references to the original hide request. If you need more information, reach out to your CS/CO.

Coming later in the summer, a full list of reasons will be displayed and available for the workforce to use.

This functionality will be limited to MAS catalogs without FCP-enabled BPAs. Functionality will be incorporated to support hide status for MAS catalogs with BPAs in a future release.

This new level of transparency ensures you always know the current standing of your catalog and can take proactive steps to unhide your catalog.

What should vendors do if their catalog is hidden?

If your catalog is hidden, please work with your contract specialist to address the identified reasons and make sure you can get your catalog back online and in front of buyers. FCP actions will remain available to you while the catalog is hidden so that you can take the necessary steps to fix the issues at hand.

What areas are your strongpoints?
Where do you need improvement?

Startups often focus on growth first and structure later — but weak systems can become the biggest barrier to scaling.

Many small businesses struggle with:
✔ Compliance requirements
✔ Financial systems
✔ CRM and lead tracking
✔ Operational workflows
✔ Contract management
✔ Cybersecurity readiness
✔ Policies and procedures
✔ Scalable infrastructure

Without the right foundation, growth can quickly become overwhelming.

Success is not just about getting clients — it’s about building systems that can support long-term expansion.

At S&S Enterprises and BobMob Business Consulting, we help businesses structure for success through operational support, compliance coordination, workforce development, and scalable business solutions.

Growth starts with the right foundation.

GSA MAS CONTRACT HOLDERS — REFRESHES 29–32 REQUIRE ACTION

The GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program continues to undergo significant regulatory and operational changes through MAS Refreshes 29–32, and contractors must remain proactive to maintain compliance and contract readiness.

These refreshes introduced updates tied to:

• FAR & GSAM clause revisions
• Transactional Data Reporting (TDR) requirements
• Executive Order implementation
• DEI-related clause removals and policy shifts
• MAS solicitation updates & compliance obligations
• Contract administration and reporting expectations
• Procurement modernization initiatives tied to the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul

Key Contractor Action Items:

▪ Review and accept all applicable Mass Modifications within required timelines
▪ Evaluate impacts of new FAR and GSAM clause incorporations
▪ Assess whether your contract participates in or may transition to TDR requirements
▪ Review Commercial Sales Practices disclosures and pricing alignment
▪ Update internal compliance procedures for new solicitation language
▪ Remove outdated DEI-specific language where necessary while maintaining compliant business certifications and representations
▪ Review subcontracting, reporting, and socioeconomic representation requirements
▪ Validate SAM.gov registration, UEI information, and Representations & Certifications
▪ Assess labor category, pricing, and service offering alignment under updated MAS requirements
▪ Prepare for increased compliance oversight, contractor assessments, and audit readiness expectations

Recent MAS refreshes are not simply administrative updates — they directly impact:

• Contract compliance
• Proposal responsiveness
• Modification processing
• Reporting obligations
• Future task order eligibility

S&S Enterprises helps contractors navigate:

• MAS Refresh compliance reviews
• FAR & GSAM analysis
• TDR readiness & reporting support
• Contract modifications & maintenance
• Compliance & operational readiness
• GSA MAS acquisition & administration
• Proposal, teaming & subcontracting strategies
• Regulatory change management

The acquisition environment is evolving quickly. Contractors who remain informed, organized, and proactive will be better positioned to maintain compliance and compete successfully in the federal marketplace.

Contact S&S Enterprises to schedule a GSA MAS compliance and operational readiness review.
