A person with ADHD needs easy and quickly accessible storage. Using clear bins or bins with labels can help organize by using the zoning by category method. All rice products are put in one labeled bin, all pasta products in another, etc. This method can be used in other areas as well.

Step 3: sort products into categories (all things baking, pasta/pasta mixes, rice/rice mixes, condiments, canned goods, etc...).
Step 4: Subcategories. You can leave products in broad categories like in Step 3 or separate further (cake mixes, baking mixes (Bisquick, Jiffy cornbread mix, canned beans, tomato products).
