Swanagan Ray is our Employee Spotlight this week!

He is our Director of Marketing, who joined the Magic team in February!

With a background in Electrical Engineering from Ohio University and an MBA from Quantic School of Business, Swanagan brings a unique blend of technical thinking, business strategy, and creativity to marketing.

What he loves most about marketing? The creative outlet—and the opportunity to dive deeper into the psychology behind why people make the decisions they do.

Outside of work, Swanagan enjoys spending time with his family, weightlifting, playing music, and writing.

We’re excited to have Swanagan and can’t wait to see all the creativity and ideas he brings to the team!
