What a season of gratitude. ❤️

As we reflect on the past few months, we're filled with appreciation for the incredible communities, leaders, and organizations we've had the privilege of learning from, collaborating with, and celebrating alongside.

From receiving the Spirit of Excellence Award, the Leading Ladies Inc 4 Life Impact Award, and being honored at the Gala for Goddesses, each moment has been far more than a recognition. They have been opportunities to connect with passionate changemakers, celebrate the work happening across our communities, and be reminded that lasting impact is always built together. 🌎✨

At Rosa Consulting, we believe strategy is about people first. These experiences have reinforced why we do this work: helping mission-driven organizations strengthen their impact so they can better serve their communities.

As summer continues, we're grateful for every client, partner, colleague, and community leader who has been part of this journey. Here's to everything we've accomplished so far and all that's still ahead. 🙌🏾

One of the greatest joys of the Ivan Rosa Memorial Foundation FUNd-Giver is seeing community leaders invest in the causes that matter most to them.

Congratulations to Kindway, selected by FUNd-Giver recipient Juanita Woods to receive a $2,000 donation in support of its life-changing work. 🎉

Kindway is dedicated to helping individuals impacted by the justice system rebuild their lives through hope, opportunity, and meaningful support.

As Juanita shared, "Sometimes the most powerful impact isn't measured by dollars alone. It's measured by the lives that are touched because someone cared enough to help." That sentiment beautifully captures the purpose behind this initiative.

As we reflect on the 2nd Annual Family Game Night FUNd-Giver, we’re filled with gratitude for everything the night represented—community, generosity, laughter, legacy, and love in action. ❤️✨

What made this event so powerful wasn’t just the games, the prizes, or the giving—it was the people. Every volunteer, sponsor, nonprofit partner, donor, and guest helped turn a simple idea into a room full of impact.

Together, we honored Ivan’s legacy in the most meaningful way: by showing up for one another. 👏🏾To everyone who played a role in that night, whether large or small—thank you. Your presence is part of the story we are still writing.
