Recently, we had the privilege of working with The Bella Project and board members Kara Buente, Gianna Vigorito, and Megan Bonilla, who are stepping into this work with clarity, commitment, and momentum. 🙌🏾

The Bella Project is doing deeply human work, advocating for children in foster care and other vulnerable situations who are often the sickest yet least likely to access clinical trials, while also supporting families with critical resources and navigation support.

In our session, we focused on mission clarity, board roles, and governance structure, moving from passion ➡️sustainable impact.

( OCCHA, Inc. ) Since 1972, OCCHA has been a cornerstone of support in the Mahoning Valley, working to improve the quality of life for Hispanic and multicultural communities through socio-economic, cultural, educational, and wellness programs.

In 2025 alone, their impact speaks volumes, serving 925 families and delivering 5,128 program services that directly strengthen and uplift the community. 🏘️✨

That’s why our Quarterly Strategic Focus Meetings keep strategy alive and active.

With organizations like West Side Community House and St. Martin de Porres Family Center, we’re seeing what happens when teams commit to revisiting, realigning, and reactivating their plan every quarter.

LEAP to Legacy is more than financial education; it’s a mindset shift in motion. 🧠✨

This program is designed to do something deeper than balance budgets. It challenges the patterns behind the numbers, reshapes how participants think about money, and builds a new foundation rooted in awareness, discipline, and long-term possibility.

For our current cohort of eleven, that transformation is already happening. They are showing up, doing the work, and confronting long-standing financial habits head-on. And in that process, change is becoming real. 🙌🏾

One participant shared how the program helped shift not just her finances, but her entire approach, moving from financial stress and limitation to greater stability, control, and peace.

That’s the heart of LEAP to Legacy: not just improving financial situations, but rebuilding the relationship people have with money, so they can move from survival to stability, and from stability to legacy. 💪🏾
