Welcome to IVAN! 💙

We’re excited to welcome the 2026–2027 IVAN Impact Volunteer Action Network Cohort, a group of community leaders ready to grow their knowledge, strengthen their leadership, and put their skills into action.

Over the next 10 months, these 23 leaders will dive into nonprofit governance, civic engagement, volunteer service, and applied learning. Whether they’ve served on boards for years or are stepping into board leadership for the first time, each person brings valuable experience and perspective to the table. 🙌🏾

Through our IMPACT Boards, cohort members will take on real challenges facing the Ivan Rosa Memorial Foundation, work together to develop solutions, and present their recommendations to our Board of Directors.

We’re proud to invest in leaders who are ready to learn, serve, lead, and create impact.

We’re still reflecting on the conversations and ideas from The Cleveland Leadership Center ’s SPARK Conference and the reminder that growth and risk often go hand in hand. ✅

👉🏾 Did the community benefit?

Because there’s a difference between activity and transformation. Being busy isn’t the goal. Creating meaningful, lasting change is.

A new legacy is already taking shape.

On September 24, we celebrated the inaugural LEAP to Legacy Class of 2026 and 11 Legacy Builders who committed to doing the hard work of facing their finances, making difficult choices, strengthening their financial foundations, and taking meaningful steps toward stability, wealth, and freedom. 🙌🏾

LEAP to Legacy was created for more than financial education. It’s about transformation, accountability, and creating lasting change that can extend beyond one person and into future generations.
