AgriWater, a South African company, developed RainBox with outstanding success in the farming industry. Golf Guidance Group is introducing RainBox to the golf industry worldwide on their behalf. The technology essentially “treats/softens” irrigation water to allow better soil pe*******on.

· In agriculture RainBox is producing amazing results: increased yields, increased plant growth, less water consumption and reduced chemical use.

· We are seeing similar results on golf course turf grass. Courses in the USA, South Africa and Canada that have installed RainBox are achieving these results.

· Michigan State University, a leading agronomy and turf grass institution, has several RainBox units installed at their Hancock Testing Center, as well on their two golf courses. Preliminary results, according to Dr. Thom Nikolai, have been very positive.

· The USGA is now aware of RainBox and is currently exploring funding additional studies.

· Typical installation for one unit, in one pump station (1500gpm and 110psi), is less than $50k. This is an introductory price which will increase in the future as units are installed and additional data becomes available.

· Jim Roney, Director of Golf Courses and Grounds at Saucon Valley Country Club, is in the process of installing RainBox.



This technology is a game-changer for the golf industry. By reducing water and chemical usage, it directly impacts the environment as well as the club’s operating expenses.

Yesterday we headed up to to meet with these 4 legends in the golf industry. Meet the principal founders of the - who will continue to lead the charge on our entry into green grass markets. These guys have extensive resumes as head PGA golf pros & instructors, operational consultants and merchandising leaders. This year they have been instrumental with our entree into the following private clubs: Saucon Valley Country Club, Merion Golf Club, Oakmont Country Club, The Country Club at Brookline, Myopia Hunt, Crystal Downs, Weeburn, Quail Hollow, and Bidermann.
