We have overhauled our website (again, this time no dark mode feature, sorry! we'll look into getting that up and running again if we get messages it is needed) and we have restructured our focus. We will begin by adding a Business Consultation and Management Department, which we hope to have funding for a Department Head by year end (this is all coming out of savings, remember). This section of the business will focus on business strategy and best practices for other businesses that need help developing policies, managing their data, and/or training their staff. Our Department Head will be responsible for finding those businesses and working with them to completion. We will be offering free consultation to anyone for a review of what they need to see if we're the best fit to help them.
We have NOT given up on the Low-Income Shared Housing Plan! Due to low traction getting started, we've decided to sideline this project until we can get up and running and actually start generating revenue (we don't have a timeline for that). The idea for the project is still very much alive, but without the time and resources to commit to it at this time, it is not a feasible thing for us to do.
We will continue to update the website (phone version is next, right now it's a mess) and work on our documents as we enter this new stretch of the our development as a company.
