This is the last week of my birth month and I thought about how 2020 is not what everyone expected. It has altered some plans and definitely adjusted our normal. But it cannot stop your vision-remember your vision is not quarantined. The Lion King and The Wiz both offer so many lessons relevant to life and business but Mufasa's message of giving instead of taking speaks to the role of a servant leader. My other favorite lion is the "mean ol lion" from The Wiz. Each one of the characters wanted something that they already possessed including the lion and his courage. Even while he was seeking his courage he told Dorothy to not give up the shoes because he knew their power.
