NOW HIRING- TAX ACCOUNTANT-
IN OFFICE POSITION ONLY, ABSOLUTLY NO CONSIDERATION FOR REMOTE

During off season (May to Dec), we are open Monday through Thursday, 9a to 4p. There are opportunities for more hours if wanted. During tax season (Jan to Apr) we are open Monday through Friday, 9a to 6p and Saturdays 10a to 4p.

Off season responsibilities include but not limited to monthly bookkeeping, maintenance, and reconciliation for a set list of clients. You will be the client's main point of contact for any assistance needed. We offer small business support and that can look different for each client. During tax season, ideal candidate will be having both in-office appointments for tax preparation and assisting with electronic and drop off tax returns, as well as, maintaining the client list they have been assigned.

Ideal candidate will:

- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

- Have at least 1 year as a paid tax preparer and have a PTIN.

- Be familiar and comfortable operating accounts in QuickBooks Online.

Schedule is flexible. PTO offered. Company matching IRA accounts. Casual work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Our hours are: Jan 1 - Apr 15: M-F, 9a to 6p and Sat 10a to 4p
Apr 16- Dec 31: M-Thur, 9a to 4p

Here we grow again!
Not your average tax and business services office is seeking not your average tax preparer and/or bookkeeper. We are a small, 5-member office located in Cleveland, TN that offers tax solutions and business solutions. We are all a little quirky and would love to find that quirky next addition to our team.
Candidate MUST have at least one of the following:
- A working knowledge of tax preparation
- A working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- A combination of both would be beneficial
- Applicants with a degree in taxation, accounting, or holding any certifications or accreditations that are relevant to what we do, will be given extra consideration
Work schedule will match our office hours. There are opportunities for extra hours if requested.
January 1st through April 15th, Monday through Friday, 9a to 6p and Saturday 10a to 4p
