It's not how I'd do my own bedroom, but for an Airbnb? It's unique enough that it works - especially since you're almost always going to have girls in the group. Won't be in the first four listing photos, but it's a solid room.

Half hour from Cleveland, walking distance to the national park, sleeps a big group, has a pool and a basketball court. The upfront cost to furnish seven bedrooms isn't small, but the location and revenue potential make it hard to pass up.
