Stop letting AI waste your time with useless conversational filler.

When extracting specific data from massive documents, the secret to clean and usable output is applying absolute constraints. If you leave room for interpretation, you get paragraphs of polite fluff that ruin your formatting.

Try applying this exact rule to your next workflow. Instruct your system that exactly two potentially unrelated pieces of information must be selected and summarized from your given content.

Then apply the ultimate guardrail. Dictate that the final output must consist exclusively of this summary, strictly omitting any conversational filler, introductions, or explanations.

This simple framework forces the tool to bypass the small talk and hand you exactly the data you need, nothing more. It is the easiest way to streamline your workflow and get straight to the facts.

Drop the word EXTRACT in the comments and I will send you my private library of zero-fluff constraints so you can seamlessly automate your data processing today.

AI vendor lock-in is a billion-dollar problem, and the market just backed a massive solution.

OpenRouter recently hit a 1.3 billion valuation following a 113 million Series B round. With heavyweight investors like Alphabet, Nvidia, and Andreessen Horowitz jumping in, the message is clear: the AI orchestration layer is no longer optional.

Engineering teams are burning time and resources building separate integrations for every new AI model that drops. OpenRouter solves this by acting as an AI model exchange. A single API grants access to over 400 models, from major players like Anthropic and OpenAI to open-source leaders like DeepSeek.

The real value for development teams is ultimate flexibility. You can switch between text or multimodal models instantly without rewriting code, completely avoiding vendor lock-in. Plus, it intelligently routes requests based on cost, availability, and performance, giving CTOs a centralized dashboard to monitor and optimize inference spending.

The demand for this infrastructure is staggering. They are now processing 100 trillion tokens monthly, representing a five-fold volume increase in just six months, and serving over 8 million global users.

As the AI landscape becomes increasingly fragmented, unification tools are becoming essential additions to the modern tech stack.

Do you see unified APIs becoming the permanent standard for AI development, or will major providers eventually find ways to keep developers locked into their native ecosystems? Let’s discuss.

Guest expectations in the outdoor hospitality industry are shifting faster than ever. What used to be considered a luxury is now a baseline requirement for travelers deciding where to book their next stay.

We want to know where the market stands right now. Since every property is unique, what is the most requested tech amenity at your RV park or glamping resort?

A - High-speed Wi-Fi
B - Smart TVs in rentals
C - EV charging stations
D - Keyless entry and Smart locks

Drop your letter in the comments below.

If your top request is not on this list, or if you have noticed a massive shift in what your guests are asking for over the last few years, tell us about it. Let's trade notes in the comments and see where the industry is heading next.

Did your Meta Ads performance shift suddenly this past week? There is a massive update that just rolled out automatically, and if you missed it, your retargeting campaigns might be bleeding budget.

Meta just quietly expanded the retention window for purchase event custom audiences from 180 days to a massive 730 days. This means your existing purchase-based custom audiences now reach back two full years. The most important detail is that this adjustment was applied automatically to all existing purchase audiences unless you explicitly opted out before the rollout in mid-May.

For most advertisers, this completely reshapes how you need to approach your ad strategies. Your retargeting pools just got significantly wider, but they also got much colder. If your campaigns rely heavily on recent purchase intent to drive conversions, your audience is now diluted with people whose intent has diminished over time. Without adjusting your segmentation, this will lead to decreased campaign efficiency and higher costs per acquisition.

However, there are massive advantages if you know how to pivot. If you sell high-ticket items, luxury goods, or seasonal products with long sales cycles, this gives you a seamless way to maintain engagement aligning with natural buying patterns. It is also a huge win for your top-of-funnel acquisition campaigns. The wider retention window means your exclusion audiences just grew significantly, allowing you to more effectively prevent showing ads to individuals who have already purchased, drastically reducing wasted ad spend.

You need to make strategic adjustments right now to maintain your campaign effectiveness. Open your Ads Manager today, check your custom audience settings, and start building granular segments based on recency to separate your recent buyers from the new two-year pool.

Save this post as a reminder to audit your account the next time you log in, and send this directly to your media buyer or marketing team so they can restructure your audience segmentation before your next campaign launch.

It is incredibly frustrating when you feel like you are doing everything right, but you are still not seeing the results you want. You put in the time, you follow the advice, and yet you are still staring at a plateau.

The truth is, what got you to this point is not what will get you to the next level. The biggest shift happens when you stop focusing on working harder and start focusing on the exact leverage points that actually move the needle.

When you step back and audit where your energy is going, you usually find one tiny bottleneck holding the entire process back. Fix that, and everything else flows smoothly.

I recently put together a completely free breakdown showing exactly how to identify your specific bottleneck and clear it out without adding more hours to your daily schedule.

If you are ready to finally get unstuck and move forward, just drop the word LEVERAGE in the comments below. I will personally send it straight to your inbox so you can start implementing it today.

We all know the feeling of waking up to a full voicemail box of missed late-night bookings. But would you actually hand the phone over to artificial intelligence while you sleep?

Would you trust an AI phone assistant to take reservations for your glamping resort after hours?

A - Absolutely!
B - Maybe, if I could test it first
C - No, I prefer humans only

Drop your letter in the comments and let me know why.

If you voted C, what is the biggest fear holding you back? Does it take away the personal touch, or do you just not trust the tech yet?

If you voted B, my inbox is open. Send me a DM and let us casually chat about how other park owners are currently testing this out without risking their guest experience.

If you are feeling the pinch of inflation and economic uncertainty at your campground or RV park right now, you are not alone. But how you choose to respond might be the difference between a fully booked season and empty sites.

A brand new report just released for the first quarter of 2026 shows exactly how small businesses are tackling these challenges, and the strategy is clear: they are leaning in, not pulling back. Even with inflation cited as the number one concern, a massive 68 percent of owners are actually increasing their marketing budgets this year, and nearly three quarters are dedicating more time to their marketing efforts.

For outdoor hospitality operators, this means the competition for camper attention is only going to get fiercer. To stay ahead, the data points to two proven channels. Social media and email marketing are overwhelmingly viewed as the powerhouses for driving revenue and connecting with audiences. If you have been letting your email list sit idle or treating social media as an afterthought, 2026 is the year to shift your focus.

But how do you find the time to do more marketing when you are already managing a busy park? The secret weapon being adopted across the board is artificial intelligence.

AI is no longer just a buzzword. Over half of the businesses surveyed are already using AI tools to get more done in less time, and another 27 percent plan to start this year. They are using these tools to analyze booking trends, write guest emails, and create images for social media.

It all comes down to efficiency. By automating repetitive tasks like welcome emails, abandoned booking reminders, and social scheduling, you can free up your time to focus on what actually matters: your strategy and your guest experience.

Are you leaning more into social media or email to drive your reservations this year, or are you looking for ways to use AI to streamline the whole process? Let us know in the comments below, or send us a DM if you want to bounce some ideas around on how to optimize your marketing time without sacrificing the personal touch your guests expect.

The way campers search for their next getaway just shifted in a major way. Google recently wrapped up its Marketing Live event, and the biggest takeaway for the outdoor hospitality industry is that AI is no longer just an experimental feature. It is now the foundation for how your park gets found online.

Google is officially rolling out ads directly inside AI Overviews. This means when a guest types a conversational question into Search asking where to find the best family friendly RV park in your area, Google will generate an AI summary, and your targeted ads can be seamlessly woven right into that helpful response.

But the updates go beyond just where your ads show up. Google introduced a new unified assistant called Ask Advisor. You can think of it as a virtual marketing partner powered by Gemini that looks at your analytics, helps you build campaigns, and surfaces recommendations instantly. For busy park owners wearing multiple hats, this is designed to remove the friction and save hours of operational guesswork.

They are also expanding travel promotions and integrating new ad inventory directly into Google Maps, making local discovery much easier for road trippers looking for their next stop. Plus, with new AI generated bundles and native checkout options, the gap between a camper searching for a trip and actually booking a site is getting much smaller.

For campground and glamping operators, this means the focus is moving toward highly personalized, conversational marketing. It is about appearing right when a camper is asking specific questions and offering them the exact experience they need to make a decision.

Curious how your current marketing stack will hold up against these new Gemini updates? Send us a DM with the word SEARCH and let us chat about keeping your property ahead of the curve this season. Save this post to share with your management team so everyone is prepared for the future of search.

Pricing your RV sites or glamping units can be one of the trickiest parts of running a resort. Are you leaving money on the table, or keeping things simple and predictable for your guests?

Let's take a quick pulse on where everyone is at with their pricing strategy right now. Drop your letter in the comments below:

A - Yes, we use dynamic pricing and it is maximizing our revenue!
B - Not yet, but we are actively looking into it.
C - No, flat rates work perfectly for our park.

If you chose A, do the rest of the community a massive favor and drop the name of the software you use that is actually getting you results.

If you chose B or C, what is your biggest hesitation with making the switch? Is it the fear of guest pushback, or just the tech learning curve?

Let's bounce some ideas around in the comments!

Everyone is talking about using AI to save time, but bringing it into an RV park or glamping resort is rarely a simple decision.

Outdoor hospitality is all about the human connection, so it is completely normal to have reservations about handing operational tasks over to a machine.

When you think about adopting AI for your property, what is your biggest hesitation?

1 - The cost of the software
2 - The learning curve for you and your staff
3 - Losing the personal touch with your guests
4 - Data security and privacy

Drop the number that resonates most with you in the comments.

If your main hesitation is not on this list, tell us what is holding you back.

And if you chose number 3, let us know your thoughts: do you feel automation destroys genuine hospitality, or does it actually enhance it by freeing up your staff to interact with guests face-to-face? Let's talk about it below, or tag your park manager to see if their hesitations align with yours.
