The Feminist Founders Book Club is tonight!

Our current read is by which is fu***ng excellent.

And if you’re wondering how this relates to the nursing profession, leadership and entrepreneurship, then you just proved the point that you need to read it.

Healthcare was built on the framework of white supremacy, and its doesn’t take but a quick glance at the maternal mortality rates, infant mortality rates and COVID deaths (which are all higher for BIPOC) to see the results of a system that favors white, cis-gender males (and keeps them at the top).

You can’t change the past.
But you can know better.
And when you know better, you can choose to do better.

Best past?
