Previously, Patty served as the Head of US Human Resources at DPS GROUP, INC., a global architectural and engineering firm. During her tenure, Patty participated in global change management and communication during company integration, improved HR credibility by implementing structures and processes, and successfully managed significant headcount growth. Patty’s professional journey also includes roles such as Head of Human Resources at OYO SPORTSTOYS, INC., Senior Human Resources Manager at THE BOSTON RED SOX, and Head of Human Resources at CREATIVE PLAYTHINGS. Throughout her career, Patty has developed and implemented HR policies, procedures, and processes, provided consultations and coaching to senior leadership, and designed comprehensive benefit packages to attract and retain top talent.
