Here's the for my avocado vinaigrette!

1 Cup Canola Oil
1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Honey
2 Cloves Garlic
approx. 2 Cups Mashed Avocado
Kosher Salt and Pepper to taste

That's it, pop it all in a blender and blend until smooth.
