Warming kits available at the Greater Midland Coleman Family Center for those in need. Stay warm, everyone!

Cold nights can be dangerous. We have emergency warming kits available for anyone sleeping outdoors or in their vehicle and in need of extra warmth. Kits available inside at the Welcome Desk. We are open until 7pm today (1/22/26) and 6:30am - 6pm Friday, 1/23/26.

Startup will be delayed until 11am on 12/29 as a result of the adverse weather conditions (3rd shift on 12/28 is cancelled). Maintenance start up crew will need to arrive at 7a on 12/29 to turn on heats, operators and grinders in at 9a. Everyone else is to report at 1045 for start of week meeting before startup.

There is a high wind warning beginning at midnight tonight (12/28/25), along with expected icy road conditions. As of the time of this post, the plant will remain open & running as expected. Please allow yourself extra time to travel & drive safely. Make safe decisions. We will continue to monitor the weather & road conditions. Should any updates be needed, they will be communicated through Beekeeper, Facebook, and the attendance line (989)633-8999.
