Discipline isn’t always difficult because you’re lazy or uncommitted.
Sometimes it feels heavy because your body is tired, your attention is fragmented, and the reason behind the work no longer feels clear. You still know what to do. You may even keep showing up...but every action requires an argument with yourself.
That isn’t always a signal to push harder. It may be a sign that effort, identity, and purpose are no longer aligned.
This video explains why discipline becomes heavier...and how a smaller, non-negotiable standard can restore forward movement.
Watch the video, then tell me: Where has discipline started feeling heavier than it should?
