I realized I've never properly introduced myself here, so I thought I'd fix that! 😊

I'm the owner of Meticulous Bookkeeping LLC, but before anything else, I'm a wife and mom to two energetic boys (plus our four furry family members!).

When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family, getting lost in a good book, crocheting, sewing, or working on puzzles. I'm also a proud board member of the Security Public Library because I believe libraries and reading make our community stronger.

I'm a nerd at heart, and I wouldn't have it any other way! Give me a good book and some coffee and I'm in my happy place.

One of my favorite parts of bookkeeping is when things finally start to make sense again.

A lot of small business owners end up overwhelmed by their books, not because they are doing anything wrong, but because they're busy running an entire business.

And in all honesty, bookkeeping is easy to put off when there are a hundred other things demanding your attention.

But there's something really satisfying about getting everything cleaned up and organized. It's like putting puzzle pieces together and finally seeing the full picture clearly.

Less guessing.
Less stress.
Fewer "wait...why doesn't this number look right?" moments. 😅

That feeling of clarity is genuinely one of the reasons I love what I do.
