Today, Director of Creative Marketing Kevin + I have a Consultation to establish Peake ReLeaf’s Growth + Talent Development Strategies for their 2 Video Series.

I collaborate regularly with this Maryland-based dispensary–been doing so since December 2018! I even got PufCreativ in on supporting their Marketing endeavors.

We’re meeting in-person through my LAINAVERSEworks service LITE Celestial Steel.

My offers are all Virtual, BUT I’m open to in-person arrangements when it makes sense (YOU covering travel, hotel + food expenses, booski).

I’m excited to have secured my first client AND to use my Strategic Leadership Gifts to help Peake execute on these Content plans that fell by the wayside.

ALL humans carry the capacity for Creation.

But actually conceptualizing the steps, clarifying resources, EXECUTING *AND* SUSTAINING the Plan is a whole ‘nother beast. It requires grounding + awareness to zoom out AND in to pinpoint the best pathway to Winning.

This time around with our relationship, I’m looking to 10X their investment in LITE Celestial Steel. Discussing what that looks + feels like is def happening in this Consultation.

Strategic Leadership is a natural talent I discovered through experience. And my time working with Kenya + our low-key Co-Founder (YK) at Stash Bag Data keeps me SHARP!!

It’s been a year since they reached out to me for an idea they had: making Gardening Consumer Data more personable + less of a drag. They wanted to get in the field to talk directly to consumers with a casual approach.

Kenya + YK were interested in my animation skills to visualize their results.

But I was completely NOT into doing that.

However, I was VERY curious about helping them out.

I ain’t understand the s**t.

But I figured I’d get in where it made sense to fit in.

Kenya + YK had plenty of great ideas. But there was a struggle with figuring out how to make any of it happen.

That’s when my talents as a Strategic Leadership took center stage.

Sometimes our meetings became meandering ideation sessions that birthed new, valuable concepts… Buuuut the action steps were lacking.

So I was upfront + told them I wasn’t doing that animation s**t. Instead, I started facilitating our meetings + creating the “Container” to set needed limits. This was the beginning of refining their ideas to actualize them.

That evolved into discussions of legally establishing our startup as a legit company.

We needed a name, a clear mission + a contractual agreement to define our responsibilities, equity + profit splits.

To kick it off, I suggested the name Stash Bag. And then…

I’ll continue our origin story in the next post.
