Happy New Year!
I wanted to share an update regarding the future of Essential Turf. Following the 2025 season, all lawn treatment services will transition to Custom Outdoor Solutions. I’m extremely grateful to everyone who has supported me and my family over the past five years.
This fall, I accepted a new full-time position, which led me to explore options for the future of the business. After careful consideration, I connected with my close friend Steven Marchionda owner of Custom Outdoor Solutions, about taking over lawn treatment services. Steven and I are both Ohio State turfgrass graduates, and he has operated his company full-time in central Ohio since 2021. We both started our careers in turf at the same golf courses, pushing our standards for excellence in lawn care. I have been treating more and more lawns for Steven every year, so this transition was a good fit.
For current clients, services, pricing, and treatment programs are anticipated to remain largely the same. Steven plans to send 2025 estimates and renewals through Jobber under the Custom Outdoor Solutions name. I will be working with Steven through this transition as well.
