🌿 Happy Thursday! 🌿

Did You Know?

Chronic stress can have a major impact on your physical health, not just your mental well-being.

Over time, unmanaged stress may contribute to:
✅ High blood pressure
✅ Heart disease
✅ Weakened immunity
✅ Sleep problems
✅ Weight gain

Many people focus on treating the symptoms without addressing the stress behind them.

Take time today to:
💚 Move your body
💚 Connect with loved ones
💚 Get quality sleep
💚 Prioritize your mental health
💚 Give yourself grace

Your mind and body work together—take care of both.

Remember: Life is better with you in it. Speak. Share. Save.

We welcome Karen Bolender Austin, CT as a panelists at the Soul Sister Suppers on Saturday, September 19th

Karen Austin is a certified thanatologist, intentional grief practitioner, and author who has spent years supporting individuals navigating grief, loss, and healing through her work with LOSS Community Services in Columbus, Ohio. Her work is deeply personal and rooted in the belief that grief doesn’t need to be fixed — it needs to be witnessed and companioned.

At Soul Sister Suppers, our panelists will help guide our conversation around “The Grief We Don’t Name” — exploring the quiet, physical and non-physical losses we carry, the identities and expectations we outgrow, and the emotional weight that often goes unspoken as women evolve through different seasons of life.

The afternoon will begin with a facilitated conversation followed by intentional small-group dialogue designed to create space for listening, reflection, connection, and healing.
