May your week be filled with joy! Are you someone who finds Mondays amazing, with energy buzzing and the desire to jump into action? I am. And I’ve found taking a moment to pause, be present with gratitude, and set intentions can set the stage for a successful week.
Check out this guided meditation that I found which may help you start your week. My personal recommendation is to add an extra 5-30 minutes of quiet self-thought and visualization.
P.S. If you have the Monday blues, a morning gratitude session can also do wonders to reset your mindset too. (We all have our moments.) ❤️
