I'm excited to officially launch The AplusDean's List Etsy Shop!
As an educator who is passionate about educator wellness, I've seen firsthand how much those in schools carry every day. That's why I created a collection of affirmation cards and reflection tools designed to encourage, support, and uplift the people who spend their days supporting others.
The shop currently features:
Teach Well™ – Affirmation cards for educators
Lead Well™ – Affirmation cards for school leaders
More Than Strong™ – Affirmation cards created specifically for Black women Educators
These decks make great gifts or good for personal reflection.
My hope is that every card serves as a reminder that educators deserve encouragement, reflection, and care too! Journals, new cards, and other tools coming soon!
Supporting Educator Wellness. Strengthening School Culture.

If you know an educator who could use a little encouragement, I'd love for you to share this post with them. Thank you for supporting this new chapter of The AplusDean's List!
