Now see, we don't charge the rates some others do. Why you might ask? Because who really needs to make $40 an hour when working from home? Not saying it wouldn't be nice, but when you are working with a client who is just getting started, that is just highway robbery and taking advantage. And, I just can't seem to do it. It sounds ridiculous to me. We prefer the Name Your Own Price way of doing things. You tell us how much you can budget and we do our best to work within that as it most often leads to bigger and better things. You just agree to refer, refer, refer and to also provide a bonus of some sort once the work is completed(this is not always cash, by the way). We now provide services based on what the client can afford, not based on the industry standard. Small business and entrepreneurs often can't really get things going and if they hire an assistant that breaks the bank, well, that doesn't benefit anyone so we do our best to help out and keep things reasonable! This way our clients get the best of both worlds. US-based Virtual Assistants at prices they can actually afford!
