Crossroads YPN’s Annual Tri-County Winter Coat Drive is officially underway!

I had the honor of speaking at the Crossroads REALTORS® Young Professionals Network social at The Forge on 4th, and I walked away grateful.

Thank you to everyone who came out. To Crossroads YPN and The Forge on 4th for putting on a first class evening. And to my fellow sponsors, TRIFLIX and The Bunker Hill Agency with Shelli Moss at Goosehead Insurance. A special thank you to our headline speaker, Randi Brandt-Alves, founder of Adroit Realty. Her story is one you do not forget.

My talk was called The Weight of the Keys. Because when an agent hands a family a set of keys, it is not a transaction. It is the place where they will rock a newborn at 2am, crowd into one kitchen every Thanksgiving, and walk in on the hardest day of their life and finally feel safe.

Agents and contractors are not really in the house business. We are here to protect the place where a person's whole life happens.

That is why I do this the way I do. The theme of the night was people over profit, and for us that is not a slogan. It is the wall our whole company is built on.

To the agents in that room, thank you for what you carry. We are proud to stand behind you.

If you are buying, selling, or getting a home ready to list around Columbus, we would love to be your crew. Details in the comments 👇
