It's distressing to share that my personal Instagram account, Victorjrosario1, was unlawfully accessed by an individual named Matts, reportedly associated with the Department of Homeland Security.
Matts, who served in the Coast Guard alongside me but harbors animosity toward me, has taken control of my old phone number, 6148520134 (which I've since changed to 3056841251), and is now impersonating me on Instagram.
This incident exemplifies the misuse of governmental power and unjust targeting of my acquaintances due to personal vendettas. I want to clarify that I am not hosting any events for the Music Conference in March or elsewhere in Miami. Please don't be misled by Matts' actions.
