Hi! I'm Rachyl, Founder of Greate Columbus Consulting and Confidence Lab.
I started Confidence Lab because I kept meeting high-achievers who wanted to work and lead in a way that aligned with their purpose and values, but something kept holding them back.
Not because they weren't capable. Because they'd gotten really good at performing confidence instead of building it.
There's a difference. And May 4th is where we close that gap.
