Many camps heard about the Lilly Endowment grant opportunity for Indiana camps last year. Kaleidoscope was honored to support 9 sites through Master Site Planning as part of that process.

This spring, we’ve celebrated as every one of the organizations secured Phase 3 funding. Thoughtful planning builds clarity, momentum, and confidence for the future, and Kaleidoscope's process laid the groundwork for turning dreams into reality. We can't wait to see these sites grow!

It is always a fun surprise to see your name on a sign!

One is getting named “Guest of the Day.” Another is stopping for a picture because you found a great sign that says kaleidoscope and immediately thinking, “Well, obviously I need a picture of this.”

What a great time to begin visioning at Camp Linwood MacDonald, NJ. A few images from our time on site last week. The beauty is in the people, the place, and the simplest colors.

From a buddy board by the lake to trail markers guiding the way, every corner of this site sparks ideas about what could be next. Even the smallest details hold meaning.

Visioning starts with paying attention, noticing what’s already here, what’s working well, and what might be ready for new life.
