AT&T did some digging for me, as I live on a main road.

Definitely gonna check that out. My property was a cow field between 2 houses back in the 50's (via aerial maps).

I'll also be doing my grandmother's old property where my great grandparents once resided with permission from the new owner. There are 3 houses on the block that belonged to us for almost 100 years. My grandmother's class ring was lost out there in 1948 by her younger sister and I hope to find it.

Checked out an old home site in NE Faulkner County. That's a big ol key! Everything was about 5 inches below the surface...

Some of the finds from the old dump site I've been exploring:

👞 shoe sole circa 1920-1930s
🔫 toy weapon
🐎 horse shoe
🧈 butter churn lid
👔 iron
🫖 old tin teapot
🥿 some kind of adjustable shoe buckle?

Also found at the old dump: this small plaquard for a Mrs. GH Sevier Jr.

Upon conducting more research, I have determined that this item belonged to the wife of Galley Harvel Sevier Jr. (1916-1971). Her name was Merle Katherine Huie Sevier (1917-2003). Mr. Sevier was employed as a lineman for Arkansas Power and Light, the predecessor of Entergy. I have contacted their grandson to share this with him.

First ever find with the Minelab Xterra Pro. A hutchinson bottle stopper. Likely from the early 20th century. These were produced between 1879 and 1912 to replace corks.

Found in Conway County near Morrilton, AR.
