It's something of a tradition for photojournalist to publish a year-in-review. I hesitated. It's been a tough year for a lot of folks. Then I thought about the important moments I witnessed in 2020: the musician playing to an empty restaurant, vigils in hospital parking lots, toilet paper hoarding, protests in the streets, people timidly venturing out for the first time after lockdown wearing masks, folks trying to find a way to enjoy their summer vacations despite the pandemic, memorials for the lost, and first vaccines administered. These are moments that need to be remember and it's why we do what we do. Here are the 50 images I made as a Staff Photographer at The Sun News that meant something to me.
