Growth can bring more complexity, faster decisions, higher expectations, and new pressure on the people responsible for carrying the plan forward.
As the business grows, the leadership approach that got the organization here may not be enough to take it where it is going next. That does not mean the leaders are incapable. It means they are being asked to operate in a new environment, often with more visibility, more competing priorities, and less room for instinct alone.
Leaders do not automatically develop the awareness, communication skills, and decision-making habits that increased complexity requires. They need space to examine how they lead under pressure, identify the patterns that may be creating friction, and practice a more intentional way forward.
The strongest organizations do not wait for leadership strain to show up in missed milestones, team tension, or stalled momentum. They invest in helping capable leaders grow into the next version of the role.
