The Green Team at GO Pantry just announced net revenue for the 3rd Annual Party for a Purpose, and - as I already knew it would be - it was a tremendous success! 🎉🩷💚💙

We had our largest crowd yet, with over 300 guests (including 58 sponsors🔥). When I first met with GO Pantry in late 2022 to conceptualize a fundraising event for them, I had no idea just how quickly the community would jump onboard to support it! 🤩

I'm beyond grateful to be a part of this event and to work alongside some of the best people you will ever meet - and they're FUN, which makes the event planning process so much easier!

When someone offers a nonprofit client complimentary use of a venue - including food and beverage - of course I encourage them to accept! Even if we only have two months to conceptualize and promote an event for the space. 🫣 But my The Matthew Mangine Jr. “One Shot” Foundation team is incredible and our first-ever Lifesavers Luau was a success. 🏝️🌺💫 And, most importantly, 100 more people now know how to respond quickly and appropriately in a cardiac emergency. 💜

My last big fundraising event for 2024 took place October 12, and it was *such* a special one. The 2024 One Shot Birthday Bash, held in memory of Matthew Mangine, Jr. and in support of The Matthew Mangine Jr. “One Shot” Foundation, had all the makings of a true FUNdraiser (including a champagne toast and a unique guest gift), with the added bonus of being in a super cool space. ⚽️

If you're not familiar with the foundation, please give their FB page a follow - they do such incredible work training and educating others on all things cardiac-related, including hands-only CPR, the importance of emergency action plans, and how to use AEDs. 💜

Last month I had the pleasure of helping New Day Ranch bring their vision for a more laid-back Boots & Bourbon event to fruition. It was a fun afternoon on the farm for their guests, sipping bourbon, taking in the views, and learning more about the incredible work NDR does to provide unique, horse-assisted mental health services to individuals of all ages. 🐴🥃💛

It's an absolute thrill for us to announce that our 2024 Party for a Purpose raised over $148,000 in NET revenue! 😱🎉 We are beyond grateful for the support and love that our event sponsors, auction donors, guests, and community partners so generously gave to the kids we help who are experiencing food insecurity. It's always fun helping a client plan their first-ever major fundraising event, and GO Pantry's Party for a Purpose was one for the books! 🎉 I knew from the first meeting I took with GO Pantry's co-founders that I wanted to work with them in some capacity, so I was thrilled to have the honor of producing this event. 💚 The "Green Team" embraced every goal and to-do that I put before them, and all their hard work paid off - the event saw 41 sponsors, 250 guests, and nearly DOUBLE their net revenue target! What a party indeed!

This was my first time producing an event in Turfway Park Racing & Gaming's (gorgeous) new event center, and I hope it's the first of many more to come! Such an incredible space, and an even more incredible, customer-focused team... not to mention, the food was outstanding. (I'll be dreaming of the chicken & waffles!)

And it's always a good time when DJ Dave of Wild Mountain Entertainment is in charge of the music - especially when there are special requests!😉

We were also blessed to have the best Master of Ceremonies - Mr. Bob Herzog himself - lead us through the evening's program and an epic game of Heads or Tails. Thanks, Bob, for being a part of the event!
