I used to think if I prayed hard enough, the decision would just make itself.

That's not really been my experience.

What prayer does is quiet the noise enough that I can hear what I already sensed underneath it.

Sometimes, the person smiling the most is carrying the heaviest burden.

It could be a man silently struggling to provide for his family. A woman trying to rebuild her life after a difficult marriage. A young person battling uncertainty about the future. Or a professional who feels overwhelmed by the pressure to succeed.

We are all human, and none of us is immune to life's difficult seasons.

My own journey has taught me that disappointment and unexpected changes can shake you, but they can also become part of the journey towards rediscovering yourself.

Please, don't suffer in silence. Talk to someone you trust. Seek professional support when you need it. And if someone opens up to you, listen with compassion instead of judgment.

Sometimes, people don't need you to have all the answers. They simply need to know they are not alone.

This World Mental Health Day, let's create more room for honest conversations, understanding, and support. Everyone deserves to be heard. đź’ś
