One thing I've learned after years of working with leaders:

The hardest decisions are rarely information problems.

They're judgment problems.

You can have the data.

You can have the analysis.

You can even have the recommendation.

And still need wisdom to decide what happens next.

That's why all the conversations about AI have me thinking about leadership.

Not because technology isn't important.

Because leadership is.

A recent survey found that 96% of technologists expect agentic AI adoption to continue accelerating.

And it will.

But no technology can replace responsibility.

No technology can replace values.

And no technology can replace the wisdom required to lead people well.

As I continue reflecting on Leadership Tomorrow, I keep coming back to one thing: the people.

I am deeply grateful for CMarie, Megan, Bindiya, Paola, and so many others who made this journey richer through their kindness, support, wisdom, and friendship.

Some of the most meaningful moments happened between sessions—in conversations, shared experiences, words of encouragement, and simple acts of generosity.

Thank you for being part of this chapter. The learning was powerful, but the relationships were priceless.

A statistic caught my attention this week:

📌 34% of employees report using AI at work without formal approval.

Most conversations about that statistic focus on risk.

Compliance.

One question I find myself asking leaders again and again:
