We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to help build and advance a U.S.-focused B2B sales pipeline for outsourcing services.

We’re looking for someone who can prove they can deliver.
You should have:
✔️ Proven U.S. B2B sales/business development experience
✔️ Strong cold calling and prospecting skills
✔️ Experience building and managing a sales pipeline
✔️ Confidence engaging decision-makers
✔️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔️ CRM and sales reporting experience
✔️ Relevant experience in BPO, outsourcing, healthcare, contact centers, staffing, technology, or professional services is highly valued

This role requires independence, consistency, measurable results, and strong follow-through.
