As of October 1st, Rhode Island electricity rates have increased by approximately 20%, putting even more pressure on homeowners and families already dealing with rising costs.

But there’s good news! There are still TWO programs available through the end of 2027 that eligible Rhode Island homeowners may be able to take advantage of to help protect themselves from rising electricity costs.
