Living Journeys is such a great organization! They won’t let anyone in our Valley face cancer alone. They have meant so much to me over the past four years since my wife, Marty passed from cancer. It was a pleasure and an honor to help Julie Reid and this wonderful Board reset their strategic plan for great accomplishments over the next three years. Come join us!

Spent last Friday hosting a lively discussion about Strategic Planning to benefit the arts in the Gunnison Valley and Crested Butte, CO!

Thanks to the generosity of a donor passionate about the arts, we were able to host a strategic planning training for some of the leaders in the local arts community today with Marv and Darcie of Managing Results!

It's hard (actually impossible) to implement a Strategic Plan if your goals are not date-specific and measurable. Get specific and define success for your organization and team!

Am running behind, but wanted to share these photos from a recent strategic planning retreat with the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office (CCSO), CCSO Search and Rescue Coordinators and representatives from the various search and rescure (SAR) volunteer groups. We had a great few days together and made a lot of good progress in thinking about emerging trends in search and rescue and ways to work together in the future.
