BASIC PROFILE
*520 Restaurant Menus
*Online Ordering Version of the Menus
*Prices are same as in the Physical Restaurant (No delivery / broker fees)
*Some Restaurants offer more items in the physical location
*Restaurants are located in the DENVER Metro Area / Front Range, reaching as far West as GOLD HILL, Co.
*Data Collected in August of 2024
FILTERING the DATA and WHY
*Filtering --> Removed all menu items 1) not all restaurants have menu items priced These two factors stood to skew the results by around 10% for restaurants that do have items under $1.01. This is the case because the insights are all about relativity to this group of restaurants; 57% DO have items under $1.01, while 43% do not. This means, some were being affected by a significant factor, while other were not. The factor being - low prices that bring the average down in a way that does not really represent the situation.
