SWIPE to stay hydrated💦

FIRE szn has been burning, okayy! & I’ve been drinking these adrenal cocktails all summer long to stay hydrated & energized.

The hydration has also been clearing up my skin…smooth like fine, Italian leather hehe 🤑😜

This is a midwife’s recipe so yes, use this during labor mamas!

🍊1 part citrus fruit juice for Vit. C & electrolytes

[this is tangerine juice pictured but I’ve been drinking orange, mango, watermelon, all kinds of fruit blends too]

🥥 1 part coconut water for potassium & electrolytes

🧂Pinch of salt [or to taste] to balance sodium | electrolytes

🧊Ice to combine everything & cool ya xss down! Lol

I also like to add some vanilla glycerite if it’s a citrus flavor cuz it gives that summertime creamsicle flavor!

Instead of coconut water, I’ll put some aloe juice or combine them depending on how my digestion is doing at the time🫠

Also for the adults that can handle alcohol right now [cuz a lot of y’all should not be drinking rn lol no but seriously, some of y’all should seriously give up drinking alcohol 🙄] then I like to add some rum or tequila for a little party drink!
