🚨 BEFORE YOU CALL Thorn & Haul I Do It All … THERE’S SOMETHING YOU SHOULD KNOW!🚨
THERE IS ONLY ONE CHRIS. 🔧🤣
Seriously. Just ONE.
We are NOT a huge franchise.
We are NOT a big repair shop with 10 mechanics standing around waiting on the next vehicle.
We don't have multiple service bays, a fleet of technicians or a corporate office somewhere.
We are a VERY small, family-owned business — and Thorn & Haul I do it All is basically a ONE-MAN mechanic operation.
CHRIS is THE mechanic.🔧
When you hire us, CHRIS is the one:
🔧 Diagnosing your vehicle
🔩 Turning the wrenches
🚗 Driving from customer to customer
🛠️ Crawling underneath vehicles
⚙️ Doing the repairs
🧰 Picking up parts when needed
🥵 And doing all of it outside in this lovely Florida weather 😂
Meanwhile, Kristina handles the messages, quotes, scheduling, parts, customers, paperwork, social media and occasionally has to remind Chris that he cannot physically be in Crestview, Niceville, AND defuniak at the same time. 🤣🤣
Trust us… we've tried.
So when our schedule gets backed up or we can't get to your vehicle immediately, we aren't ignoring you and we aren't sitting around!
Chances are Chris is underneath somebody else's vehicle thinking, “Well… THAT bolt wasn't supposed to break.”😂🔧
And that's something we actually want people to understand about us.
When you choose Thorn & Haul I do it all, you're not sending your money to some giant corporation.
You're supporting ONE hardworking mechanic, his family, and a small local business that genuinely appreciates EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER who chooses us.❤️
And don't let “one-man operation” fool you…
Chris has 7+ YEARS of hands-on automotive experience, and we take on everything from basic repairs to jobs that make you look at the vehicle and say…
“Yeahhhh… I'm calling Chris.” 😂
