A little different kind of day today—and I like it.

When you buy equipment from me, you're not just getting the machine. You get my time, too.

Being out here in the middle of nowhere sometimes means it can be days before a service tech can get to you. If I can help get you back up and running sooner, I'm going to give it a shot.

Today at Grand Treasure, I put together a brand-new X28 and gave an older X28 a little TLC to get it purring again.

Selling you the equipment is one thing. Being there when you need help with it is another.

Days like today are different—in a good way.

Another Spartan install today—this one at Silverwolf Casino.

They recently upgraded their kitchen, and the last thing we wanted to do was mess with anyone’s hard work. So we worked with what they had, found a setup that fit their space, and got their new Spartan system installed and ready to go.

Not the best picture, but it shows something important: we can work with what the customer needs. Every location is different, and the solution should be too.

Today we brought this cabinet back to life at the Sherman Inn with all new lines and got everything back up and running the way it should be.

Sometimes it’s not about replacing everything—it’s about getting the equipment you already have working right again.
