Our award-winning Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Vertical Barrel Tasting with Wild Game Accompaniments!
We invite you to be among the first to taste three vintages of Cabernet Sauvignon directly from the barrel. Our W**emaker has enjoyed watching these w**es develop over time, and now we invite our W**e Club members and guests to explore the progression of these remarkable w**es.
Enjoy an afternoon in our cellar with a light seasonal menu featuring:
- Venison & Black Bean Chili with Cornbread Croutons
- Arcadian Greens with Candied Pecans, Gorgonzola, Red Pear & Housemade Maple Vinaigrette
- WMV Bison Stroganoff
This will be an open-house-style event, with guests welcome to arrive at their leisure between 1–3 PM.
