Great cleaning position just opened up in Springfield, MO.

Responsibilities:
1. Spot Cleaning (light cleaning; just tidying up; all supplies and equipment is provided on-site)
2. Bed Linen & Towel Cleaning (laundry appliances and supplies provided and on-site):
3. Light and Simple Inventory/Amenity Replenishment and Counting (supplies provided on-site): Each cleaning requires perishables to be counted and submitted and each three weeks other inventory must be counted and submitted.
4. Receiving items when the deliveries arrive at the location.
5. Maintaining the security and privacy of business assets and information: When you take this position
you take a stand in recognizing that an important aspect of every business is to maintain the safety, security, and privacy of both assets and information of the business.
6. Make sure the place is prepared in time before the next guest arrives.
7. Properly certifying through the communications app or online promptly after cleaning is completed.
8. Other, more rare, tasks according to business needs as they arise.

There is potential for more cleanings and promotions in the next several months.

Dress Code:
There is no specific dress code, however, cleaners are asked only to dress respectfully and modestly.

You are allowed to bring your infants and children to work with you. Each home is family-friendly and is equipped with at least a crib and a Roku Smart TV.

Business is steady so a cleaner is needed on a regular, ongoing basis. This job is not seasonal; the short-term rental goes on year-round and depending on how you can determine if you are promoted with pay raise to shift lead. There is a potential for more cleaning work needed in the next couple of months as the business expands. Currently, there is a whole-home launching in Gainesville, FL.

Other help for lawn care, landscaping, and regular maintenance can be considered on an as-needed basis, but are not required for the position.

Current regular cleanings are needed in Gainesville, FL.

The anticipated start time is between the end of November and early December
