When everything has a home, creativity gets to take center stage

These boxes had been sitting in her office for two years.

But this reset came with a discovery we never expected.

While working through the boxes, we found the missing hardware for her Tempur-Pedic bed. The hardware she, her family, and even the movers had searched everywhere for.

She was beside herself when we found it!

Unfortunately, because the hardware couldn’t be located at the time of her move, she ended up getting rid of the expensive bed. 😩

And THAT is something people don’t always think about when it comes to professional unpacking.

We’re not just taking things out of boxes. We’re paying attention to what we’re unpacking, identifying what things belong to, grouping pieces together, and making sure important items don’t disappear into a sea of boxes.

Small business collaboration. 🫶🏻

I’ve worked with Beth Butler , Marcus Mallett & the team at Lonestar Box Rental for some time now. Helping our clients with box rentals, getting moving quotes, or bringing them in to handle the moving portion of one of our projects.

And I love that the trust goes both ways.

This week, Beth called me in to collaborate on one of their upcoming moves. We walked the home together, talked through the details, and created a plan where We're Simply Organized LLC handles the packing and their team handles the move.

For the client, that means less coordinating, fewer moving pieces to manage, and two businesses that already know and trust one another working together behind the scenes.

This is one of my favorite things about small business. We can build relationships, stay in our lanes, do what we each do best, and create a better experience for the people we serve.

Good partnerships make good business and great client experiences.
