For everyone waiting for the UPDATE from Ulta Beauty @ 1655 N town E Blvd #200 Jen Noska the District Manager along with HR AND GUEST SERVICE ADVOCATES came to the conclusion that the general manager  JUSTINE GBBS NUNEZ will continue to be employed at ULTA. They see no wrong in what Justine has done. No apology no nothing to my mother or myself. My family and I will not continue to support a company where they can just brush off RACISM AND DISCRIMINATION ALONG WITH BULLYING. We will be closing our accounts today. Btw they keep deleting reviews on their page and she had no answer to that either just a bunch of nothing. If you all have any questions here is her email and phone number feel free to ask why they don’t represent DIVERSITY. As a Mesquite resident I cannot believe I have to do this. This morning
I experienced racism at the Ulta beauty store number 1383 located in Mesquite. Justine the store manager made an uncomfortable comment to my mother who is a US Citizen and MESQUITE ISD EMPLOYEE for more than 20 years. She was having a conversation with an employee in ENGLISH full English fluent speaking conversation.. Justine the manager jumped in asking her “do you not speak English” while having a FULL ON ENGLISH CONVERSATION with said employee. My mother is 55 years old and was not understanding what all she needed to pick up an order at the store. After I came in and confronted her about the comment she said my mother looked confused.
Justine PROFILED AND ASSUMED my mother did not know English while speaking it? Definitely not true. She walked away smirking and not letting me know her name. My mother was in tears in the car as she humiliated hel Oin front of customers/employees making her feel stupid. Justine did not apologize for the “misunderstanding” and walked away. My family and I will not be supporting/tolerating this from Ulta until actions have been taken over this situation. As a manager for a big company like ULTA Justine is representing unprofessionalism and most importantly RACISM for our community. Latino/hispanic/people shop here daily and will not accept her treating humans like this. I hope Ulta pulls out cameras and they can hear this conversation. AND YES I CAME BACK TO STORE TO CALL HER A RUDE RACIST BITCH.
