**Exciting Project Kickoff: 25x30 Detached Garage!**
We at IHS are thrilled to announce the start of a new project for our fantastic client! We're building a 25x30 detached garage that seamlessly blends with the existing aesthetics of the main dwelling. Here's a sneak peek into the details:
🏡 **Design and Materials:**
- **Stone Wainscot:** Matching the house's current stone work for a cohesive look.
- **Fiber Cement Lap Siding:** Above the stone wainscot for durability and style.
- **Roof:** Shingled to match the house, ensuring a unified appearance.
🌟 **Key Features:**
- **Lean-to Porch:** Extending from the right elevation, supported by beautiful stained cedar posts.
- **Interior Finish:** Drywall finish with an attic space, mostly decked with a pull-down staircase.
- **Plumbing:** Rear hose bib and drain feature for a dog wash, tied to the existing septic system. Another hose bib at the back left corner of the house.
The enclosed garage portion measures approximately 25x25, with an 8-foot porch width. Check out the photos of the framing before we poured the concrete and the crew in action during the slab pouring and curing process!
