Nothing changes until you do.
Ive been married 14 years and counting. What i give is not just advice........ITS TRUTH. I've saved several relationships and marriages than i can re-call. Thank the Lord i submitted to The Lordship of Jesus Christ. He's the only one who saved me from me so I can be who i needed to be, and need to be for my wife.

People often ask me.....what have i done because they see the change. I say "i found my WIFE"!
Before being the man I am, I first had to commit myself to:
1. God - If I didnt commit to God, then he would have never revealed me! I would have then caused more trauma than healing. (Issues, insecurities, anger issues, etc) Matthew 6:33

2. Myself - I had to make up my mind that im going to be better than the examples I was given by God's grace. Also not make excuses for the things I went through. (Cultural masculinity, marriage, relationships, childhood trauma) Proverbs 3:5-6

3. My wife - When i understood how my growth affects how she is able to grow. I looked at things differently. I began to create an environment for her to blossom. She didn't have to neglect her until I got me together. Ephesians 5:25-28

We prayed and met each other at the same time in life.(working at 😂). God has done so much through us and for us over these 14yrs. We have seen amazing days and bad days but we always choose EACH OTHER. Even in those moments God showed up. I thank God for what we have learned. Not only for our growth but those who want to become better for each other.

The best part is the Lord saw you through them all and you didnt even know it.

Thank you Lord.... for My family, Grace, Growth, Healing, Wisdom, Love, Maturity, Peace, and most of all The blood 🙌🏾.
