Feeling like you’re not doing enough.

Not patient enough.

But guilt often comes from the story we tell ourselves in our mind.

In NLP, we look at the language and images you use internally.

Instead of:
“I’m failing as a mom.”

Try:
“I’m learning how to be the best mom I can be.”
