I want to share a tool that I believe all great leaders possess.

It’s called 360 feedback, and it is one of the most powerful tools in leadership. It is also the most avoided.

Because it's uncomfortable to hear that your communication style shuts people down.
Or that your team is afraid to push back on you.
Or that the culture you think you've built looks different from the inside.

As uncomfortable as it is to hear these comments, it is exactly this that is the catalyst for growth.

The leaders who welcome feedback aren't the ones who have it all figured out.
They're the ones who know they don't. And stay curious anyway.

If you're in a leadership role right now, ask yourself:

When did someone last tell you something hard? And did you make it safe enough for them to do it?

Bad books are a hiring problem.
